Loudoun Country Day School PE Uniform Order Form
Place orders by August 24 for pickup at the End of Summer Popsicle Social on September 3.
If you are unable to attend the Popsicle Social orders can be picked up from the
Front Office on Tuesday, September 8 during school hours between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
Orders will be packed one per family. Please enter the names and grades of your students in the “Additional Information” field during checkout.
PE T-Shirts and shorts are REQUIRED items. Outerwear items are optional.
